The property which is full of character features and dates back to the 18th century but was recently renovated to provide a wonderful home for a family or couples alike. Rosehill Cottage is a tranquil retreat for guests wishing to escape from it all, yet provides easy access to many magnificent beaches on the North Cornish Coast, as well as the popular fishing towns of Padstow and Port Isaac which is famously known for the Doc Martin series. With parking for 3 cars outside the property, Rosehill Cottage is accessed via a few small steps and leads straight into a traditional dining room with wood burning stove and original tiled flooring. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms both with standard sized double beds, plus two additional spacious single bedrooms which sit either side of the upstairs landing. To the front of the property there is a large stone driveway which can park up to three cars. The generous sized garden with garden furniture provides views across the valley. The moorland village of St Breward is the highest and largest on Bodmin Moor. The village provides its own Post Office, village store and The Old Inn pub with restaurant (dating back to the 11th century).
