A comfortable detached single storey cottage in lovely countryside, converted from a wagon house of natural stone and slate, to one side of the entrance of Pollingarrow Farm near the picturesque village of St Kew and only a 10 minute drive from the sandy beaches of the Camel Estuary. Set in a walled and gated garden the cottage is entered from a sheltered patio area to the front. The door opens to a slate floored hallway with an adjacent shower room W. C. and hand basin. The living accommodation consists of a spacious open plan living room with the character of the wagon house preserved in a high ceiling open to the beams in the apex of the roof. The room is light and pleasant with a pine floor and windows on three sides and a partly separated kitchen. At the other end of the cottage a spacious bedroom has a 5' kingsize bed, hand basin and a window looking over the front patio area. There is a wall mounted electric heater in each room. At the rear a grassy fenced garden looks out over farmland and an under cover drying area has been provided. St Kew Highway, about five minutes drive, has a pub, garage, and mini market, the village of St Kew about 3 / 4 mile has a pretty church and an old pub that offers good pub food and there is a 9 hole golf course 1 mile away.
