Entered from the concrete parking area where there is space for two cars a gated path leads to the front door with a step up into the modern well fitted kitchen with quarry tile floor and skylight window. From the kitchen an inner hall gives access to two comfortable and attractive bedrooms a double with 5ft bed and one with 3ft metal bunk beds. Opposite the bedrooms is a well finished shower room W. C with hand basin. The light and airy living room with views over the surrounding countryside has comfortable lounge seating arranged to one side and a solid wood dining table and chairs. A sliding patio door leads out to the railed decking area with a step down to the small enclosed lawn with panoramic countryside views to Falmouth on the horizon and a gravelled side path to the entrance. The village of Lanner a 5 minute drive has a local shop, post office, pub and bakery and Falmouth with a wider selection of amenities and a choice of beaches is just 7 miles. The beaches at Porthtowan and Portreath on the north coast are both 6 miles away, and the famous resorts of Newquay and St Ives are just a 30 minute drive respectively. The cathedral city of Truro and the glorious Roseland Peninsula can be reached in 20 minutes by car. There are numerous gardens within easy reach and a watersports centre at Stithians Lake 4 miles away.

There is a golf course 5 miles away, riding stables close by and the Cornish Way Coast to Coast Cycle Trail is nearby with bicycle hire available from Bissoe Tramways.
