Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, 2 x TV's, DVD. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars with 4 single steps to property. Garden and decking area with furniture, summer house and barbecue. 2 well-behaved small pets welcome at £20 per pet, per week. Sorry no children and no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 15 minute walk. Beach 5 minute walk. Note: Not suitable for people with mobility issues due to steps leading up to house.
