Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Patio garden with shared use of 2-acre rear garden with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.5 miles. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when outside the property.
