A stroll along country lanes will take you to the coast path across beautiful countryside. The Coast to Coast cycle trail follows the route of an old mining tramway and takes you south to the beautiful creek at Devoran - bicycle hire is available just a few minutes away at The Bike Barn. A perfect base for touring the whole of Cornwall and being so accessible to the A30, the main arterial route through the county, means that many attractions such as St Michael's Mount and the Eden Project are just a short drive away. In the evenings visit the many pubs and restaurants close by.

Sunray Cottage is an impeccably presented, character cottage that oozes charm, with a granite, inglenook fireplace surrounding a wood burning stove and a sun trap of a terrace. It is a short walk down to the village of Portreath, the traditional harbour and a popular, lifeguard patrolled, beach.
