Ground floor: Living/dining room with beams and slate floor. Kitchen. 2 steps to shower room/utility room (no toilet). Separate toilet. First floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 twin with wooden floor, Velux and sloping ceilings leading to 1 single. Woodburner in living room (initial fuel included). Night storage heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Freeview TV. DVD. Electric cooker. Washing machine. Small, lawned garden with sitting-out area and furniture. Parking (2 cars). Cycle store. No smoking. Friday to Friday. NB: Unmade driveway to property.
