There is an exterior staircase that leads up to a balcony and seating area with stunning views across rolling fields down to the sparkling beach at Widemouth Bay. Inside an open plan living / dining and kitchen area occupies the top floor, all elegantly appointed and with substantial windows to maximise those stunning views. Downstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a communal swimming pool which is heated between May half term and the first week in September, a tennis court, games room and play area.
